Refund Policy

Custom PC Builds  

- All custom PC builds require a $500.00 non‑refundable deposit before parts are ordered.  

- Once parts have been ordered or assembly has started, payments for custom builds are non‑refundable.  

- Because each system is built specifically for you, we do not offer refunds on completed custom builds.  

- If there is a defect with a part or the system on delivery, we will repair or replace the defective component under our warranty instead of refunding the full build.

 

Services (Installation, Maintenance, etc.)  

- Service fees are non‑refundable once the service has been completed.  

- If you need to cancel or reschedule an in‑home service, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may be charged up to the full service fee.

 

Chargebacks and Disputes  

- If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us first so we can try to fix it.  

- If a chargeback is filed with your bank or card issuer, we may pause any further work or services until the dispute is resolved.
