1. Introduction  
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Passion Builds website (the "Site") and any purchases or services offered by Passion Builds LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Use of the Site  
You may browse the Site and use its features for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

4. Orders and Acceptance  
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

5. Pricing and Payments  
Prices shown on the Site are in US dollars unless noted. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You are responsible for any additional fees charged by your payment provider.

6. Deposits and Quotes (if applicable)  
For custom PC builds, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 may be required to begin work. By paying the deposit you authorize Passion Builds LLC to order parts and begin assembly on your behalf.  Final payment is due before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and In‑Home Services  
For shipped products, delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. For in‑home installation services, you agree to provide safe access to the work area, and that we are not responsible for pre‑existing home or network issues.

8. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

- Cancellation before parts ordered: If you cancel before parts are ordered, we will retain the deposit minus a $25 administration fee and refund the remainder.  

- Cancellation after parts ordered or assembly started: If parts have been ordered or assembly has begun, the deposit is non‑refundable. Any additional refunds will be reduced by actual parts costs and restocking/shipping fees.  

- No refunds on completed custom builds: Custom builds are non‑refundable once assembly is complete and the system has been delivered or picked up.  

- Exceptions for defects: If a component is defective at delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund the defective component per our warranty policy, not the full system price unless specifically required.

9. Limited Warranty and Disclaimers  

- Products assembled or sold by Passion Builds carry the manufacturer’s warranty for individual components where applicable. We provide a 30-day limited service warranty on workmanship.  

- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation of your system. Except as expressly stated, the Site and services are provided "as is" without other warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability  
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passion Builds LLC’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property  
All site content, branding, images, and text are our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. User Content and Reviews  
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Passion Builds a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

13. Privacy Notice

14. Third‑Party Links and Services  
The Site may include links to third‑party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or any transactions you make through them.

15. Changes to Terms  
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
