Where We Serve
Passion Builds LLC only accepts orders and provides in‑home services within the state of Connecticut. We do not ship outside CT and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Processing Time
Custom PC builds: parts ordering and assembly typically take 7–14 business days after your payment and design are confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or high‑volume periods.
Shipping & Delivery
Completed systems are delivered within Connecticut using tracked ground services (such as UPS, FedEx, or similar) or by our own delivery when paired with in‑home installation.
Delivery times within Connecticut typically take 1–5 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, if applicable.
In‑Home Installation & Delivery
In‑home installation is available within Connecticut by appointment.
When you choose in‑home installation, we bring the PC to you and complete the setup at your location.
In‑home installation is billed at $100 for a one‑hour session (one hour minimum). Additional time may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Shipping Costs & Fees
Shipping and delivery costs are calculated based on your location and order size.
Any in‑home installation or travel fees will be confirmed with you before scheduling.
Order Inspection & Damaged Items
Please inspect your system as soon as it is delivered.
If your order is damaged in transit, take clear photos of the box and contents and email passionbuildsllc@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can file a claim with the carrier and work on a solution.
Incorrect Address or Returns to Sender
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged additional fees to resend or redeliver the system.
